Terms and Conditions

When renting sound and lighting equipment with us.

1. You understand that The Equipment is rented as is, without any technician or backup services, it is the responsibility of the user and so some technical experience is required. It will be initially set up and tested at the venue.  We do not remain liable for any problems or accidents that may arise from improper use of the equipment. If you feel that you do not have the technical experience, or do not want to take risks, please ask about hiring a technician too. 

2. The equipment must be set up in a fully shaded area, it must not be exposed to the sun or operated in temperatures of above 35 degrees centigrade. Failure to do so may cause damage to or failure of the equipment.

3. The equipment must be protected from rain and moisture, including spilt drinks and garden sprinklers. If there is no suitable shaded area, the equipment will not be set up. Please check with your venue that automatic sprinklers are turned off! 

4. Equipment that is designated to be used outside must be moved to a safe, dry storage during the night time, when it is not being used or supervised. 

5. We take a damages deposit to cover repairs or accidental damage. This is returned to you on collection of the goods in the condition they arrived. Should damage or loss occur then we will retain part or all of the damages deposit. Damages deposits do not remove liability when equipment above the value of the deposit is irreparable or lost, in these instances you will still be liable and will be charged accordingly. 

6. We charge a booking deposit to hold the date and equipment for you.. Booking deposits are strictly non-refundable. 

7. Minimum rental period 24 hours -maximum rental period 7 days, minimum rental spend 300 Euros + iva. If also planning your wedding with Nerja Bride, you also get discounted rates and the minimum spend is just 200€ + delivery.
